The aim of the conference will be to celebrate some of the work which is being implemented to support the Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Midwifery Officer ethnic minority action plan, but also to recognise and acknowledge that there is so much more to take on before we see positive change. We want to come together to share good practice, learn from each other, and work together to taking action to make positive change so that our Black and minority ethnic staff can feel safe, valued, and can thrive in their profession.
